Received a flyer in the mail and decided to give them a try. Not only did they mess up our order, they charged us to correct their mistake. Terrible customer service and sub par pizza to boot. Wings were a disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere.

So, i ordered from here, and I was missing two of my items. I was missing my pepperoni pizza, and garlic knots. I'm not from around here, and I've been DYING to try Connecticut pizza, like REALLY dying to. My boyfriend, and I got a hotel room just to go find REALLY good Connecticut pizza. We were told about you guys, and was so stoked to get the pizza. Extremely disappointed. We will be going back to New Jersey, with empty stomachs, and broken souls. Thanks.

I am not impressed I placed an order went to pick it up the man looked at me as if I never placed the order and then said oh I thought you just wanted a price after I gave them my order and told him what I wanted for me I assumed my food would be ready in 15 minutes I get there you have to make my food not only is the chicken dry as hell because he couldn't cut it to said I'm definitely not worth $18 but there's no sauce with the Marcella Marcella chicken it's supposed to be in a sauce it's dry very dry I am not happy waste of my money I prefer spending money It's Ralph and riches or Vasi's

The food was really good. They didn't take unusually long to make it either. They took the money up front. The only thing is the cashier and pizza maker looked like they were lethargic and disinterested.
Ordered the veggie pizza tonight, looked good but we've all been sick since eating it.

Placed an order online, had to call to get the right address because they moved and didn't update their address (it isn't 1101 Barnum anymore), they gave me the new address I went there as the door was locked after I just got off the phone with them, girl behind the counter looked at me then went to the back I called being at the door she picked up and once I told her I had just called and I was at the door to pickup my order she hung up on my face. Very disrespectful very unprofessional huge and waste of my limited lunch time.Do not recommend.

Grinders are horrible! Second time getting a chicken parm and it was way over toasted and the chicken was burnt/over fried the pizza is nothing special
