With the employees I have a much better polite experience here. I had another go to spot but I can’t escape a few workers rudeness among other things. But they make excellent coffee here it never fails! And a comfortable place to sit in too!

I got a Carmel ribbon crunch with oat milk ex crunch and it was ice and milk only and like 5 crunch bits in it and it took them 20 mins to make this garbage I hope it improves soon but I will be going to the Starbucks in West main

The arigation system is on almost all the time you can’t sit outside in the morning because you’ll get wet. you can’t park your car anywhere because it gets wet. They need to time it to go off earlier in the morning or later at night. I went there the other day my car was just cleaned and the sprinklers, wet my car and made water spots all over.

Why is it that I just went through the drive-through and the employees Acted like the establishment was closed. There was about four people in front of me didn’t seem very busy, but I didn’t get any “Give me one moment” or any type of acknowledge at the drive very awkward and unwelcoming. I’m more than patient but that was rude
I enjoy coming to this location to meet friends and for business .. Felixx makes the best white chocolate mocha.. just make sure the tables are clean . I’m a practitioner.. and always end up cleaning my table first .. otherwise will continue to go here ..

Awful drive through. Spent 25 minutes in drive through for my order to not even be ready awful customer service. Allowing a customer to mod there order 4 times at the pick up window delaying every single customer behind them and then to not even greet the following customer after that
