Where do I start. Went there on 10/4/2025. We had reservations and chose to sit outside since it was a clear night. First timers. Some families and couples. Very quiet night. Not the fault of the restaurant but of the parents letting their children play in a huge open area of the patio. Very distracting to the waitress/waiters bringing out food. The service was extremely slow for barely anyone there. Ordered 12 oysters ,which were good but didn't recieve small plates.. so we had to eat our oysters over our paper napkin. (1 per person) or the plate the oysters were served on. When it came time to order our meals my husband ordered the steak on the main menu. I ordered the blue cheese/carmelized burger on the specialty menu.. I had asked for medium rare.. and the waiter told me its a smash burger so I didn't have a choice. (Although the specialty menu did not say Smash). We got our order and of course my husband's steak looked good and was good. Mine was a full burger, not smash and very well done. He knew i wanted medium rare and should have checked with kitchen and let them know. I think the staff and kitchen should be told about the menu and specialty meals on a daily basis.
The waitstaff should be more attentive to coming around and checking on patrons. When the wait staff did stop by i had asked for a second glass of Montepulciano and by the time I finished my meal my wine had arrived to my table. All together very slow loud experience here.

Such a great restaurant right on the warf of the long Island sound in bridgeport ct. Hidden away but they should be known for their delicious smash burger and fried chicken sandwich! Will go back if I ever am in the area again.

A setting on the water as always is beyond compare & the food was between 4 & 4.5 stars . I don’t know if it was because we came at an odd hour - neither lunch nor dinner but no one greeted us & service could have been a bit more involved & attentive throughout .This was not our first visit & we will return for the salmon & calamari which were delicious !

Ordered calamari and it was barely eatable. Rubbery at its best. We didn’t eat it and left.

We come for lunch frequently due to the lovely patio, outdoor bar, watching the boats and planes go by and the good vibes. The food is a solid B and they have daily specials. We enjoy the smash burger and add lettuce, tomato, pickles and jalapeños. They have a truly delicious house salad that you can sb for fries. On one visit they had gyoza as a special and we added siracha to the sauce for the needed kick. This past Labor Day weekend they had live music that we enjoyed. Outside they have a nice koi pond for that peaceful zen feeling. One area that needs attention is the ladies restroom. Both toilets are a challenge to flush, lol. Otherwise, come enjoy the nice breeze off the water, watching the osprey feeding the wee ones and enjoying some good food.

Fairfield county has surprisingly few true water front restaurants. This is one of them. Perfect labor day weekend lunch. Good food, great service, and entertainment.

Came here for Mother’s Day and the food and service were terrible.
The only thing that was good was the view.
The place had so many empty tables when we arrived and the server asked us to wait on the side while she checked our reservation.
Then I ordered a peach surfside and the server came back with a lemonade iced tea surfside and said that’s all they had. I said I don’t drink lemonade and she came back with a peach high noon and said that’s the same thing.
How can iced tea and seltzer be the same?
The server kept pushing to order more food when we ordered 2 entrees and 4 appetizers for 2 adults and 2 kids. The menu didn’t have any entrees that the kids wanted so I ordered more appetizers.
The fish and chips was super greasy and the fries was cold and super salty. The worst dish was the poke nachos. The wonton chips were stale and tasted like cardboard. This place really needs to get a new chef.
The server was super quick to clear the table snd asked if we wanted dessert, but took a good 10 minutes just to get the check.
