Man with glasses that takes order is rude. Everything I ordered he questioned. For instance I wanted an impossible melt, he was combative because I wanted something off of it. If I requested an additive on my burger, he kept looking in disgust and trying to correct my preference as if he was eating it? I literally had to leave. He was the rudest person I ever encountered.

Food is okay not impressed. I ordered through uber eats and the amount of fries and tater tots you get for the price is not worth it. The tater tots were soaked in oil. My son was unable to them. For the price in my opinion 5 guys would be a better option. First and last time we order from here. Everything was all scrunched up in a small paper bag even the delivery guy asked to check that everything was in it because it was too small. For the delivery guy to even question it, says a lot. disappointing.

First time trying it. It was alright. The burger didn’t have flavor but the toppings helped it have some taste. Also their pricing is a little much. Lastly it needs some music or something to mask the conversions of the employees.

The reason I gave it 5 star's is because of the Burgers... I went there with my cousin and her other half. We stopped in for a quick lunch. I tried the beef sandwich too, also the chili fries. But the burger wins the taste test...lol. I don't drink soda much, so I didn't get one. But the shake's look tasty. Prices are a bit high, But now a days, everything is EXPENSIVE.!!!Kid-friendliness: Yes, you can bring the childrenParking: The burger business is on a corner lot, plenty of parking.

Burgers were exactly what you want a classic burger to be. The fries were soft on the inside with the prefect amount of crisp and crunch on the outside. Nothing fancy about it, but everything tasted great.

It's clean (just the floor is a little sticky but it's not distracting).The staff is just as nice, which is cool!The food is hearty and very good!The price are like a « Five Guys », ~$9-10 for a burger, ~$3-4 for side, but it’s not too expensive.I recommend this typical restaurant!

Excellent place !This fast food allows you to choose your burger or make it your own way (pick a base of beef (1 or 2 steaks), chicken (1 or 2) or veggie (1 or 2), take some lettuce or tomatoes, etc.).Employees are professional and really friendly.Burgers are quickly, well done and tastes really good !I recommend !

I used to go to the one in Cheshire all the time and I have to say this is the best one yet. The service was great, the food was cooked PERFECTLY. If I wasn't so hungry I would have took a picture of it and showed you. Cashier was Heather and she was friendly, we asked to eat in and she even checked up on us making sure everyhting was great. Will come back soon!

Stopped in while passing through the area on our way home. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The food was excellent, we had a short wait time. Great place to eat, would recommend and go back if we go through again!!

To start off the service was pretty decent no complaints on that. However, the pricing is outrageous! A single bacon burger with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions, fried pickles (10 slices of fried pickles) and a small strawberry banana milkshake that was overly sweet $18+. The burger wasn't anything special, I just found the food was overpriced and not that good. I won't revisit. ? Sorry.
