In hindsight I know they get busy but I had waited 25 minutes to get my food after ordering which wasn’t a big deal had of the order been correct the employee didn’t give me my receipt and additionally When I did get the food I checked the bag and had this ain’t right I ordered chicken tenders not nuggets and the employee that was there that hadn’t taken the order I had explained to there was an issue had said well I didn’t take your order so you’ll have to get in line to get chicken tenders yeah sure I’ll get in line with 8 customers waiting to order when I had already ordered and they screwed up after waiting 25 minutes all despite the employee that did take my order sat in silence not a big deal I’m assuming the issue comes from the employee that took my order 1 didn’t recap the order I placed 2 gave me a receipt.

I avoid the drive thru and walk in and I am out in two minutes. Staff has been nice. Would love to see more health choices. Grilled chicken etc.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. My last visit missed the mark. Ordered pick up through there app. One sandwich I ordered was no longer available and I had to make a change when I arrived. They did have that sandwich ready relatively quickly. Other items were missing from my order. Otherwise food is consistently good.

Workers are rude, unprofessional, and have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. I went through the drive through to order a singular beverage, probably the simplest task they were handed all day, I tell the man through the speaker I would like a pepsi. He proceeds to ask me something I can’t make out - literally makes no sense in the context of my order and after 3 times of me asking him to repeat himself he adds a 10 piece chicken nugget to the order asking me what sauce I want🤦♀️🤦♀️ I tell him I asked for a pepsi he goes “OHHHHH a pespi!!!” telling me they only have coke I said thats fine… he asks what size I tell him a medium then proceed to the window. Then, this lady opens it asking if I ordered a small fry and ____ I said no I ordered a pepsi…. shes like we dont have pepsi with the most confused look on her face ever then i specified a coke which really should make no difference… shes closes the window starts turning around looking over both shoulders with not a thought in her head what to do opens it after a minute and whispers that my total is ___ I said what????? then she closes the window again leaving a crack turning around acting confused i said goodbye and left. What a waste of my time I waited in the line for probably 10 mins to not even get my order which was A SINGULAR DRINK. I’ve never experienced workers so oblivious to what they’re doing nor do i understand how they’re suitable for these jobs when they can’t even properly serve someone a drink. Never going back again. Plain stupid.
