“I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . “This place is an extension of your own home! It is so inviting and cozy, and the service is top tier. The coffee and lattes are delish and def my new coffee place! But the FOOD!!!! You are getting a very good portion. We had to get Togo containers for our breakfast sandwiches and croissants because they were huge! Definitely check this place out. We brought our 11 month old, and they were SO quick to bring us a high chair and so so kind to us. Truly a beautiful place to enjoy a family meal.“

“I do prefer the DQ up north a little more, its so loud at this location- they always get our order wrong but I think its because they have such a hard time hearing us order. the ice cream is just bland vanilla, or white I should say cuz I don't think there's actually any vanilla in it. my daughter buys into the toppings, But I do not.“
