I have been here 5 times now over the last few months and I feel compelled to share how genuinely amazing in their customer service . Every single time I have been here I have witnessed acts of kindness , compassion , and openess with the customers rarely seen !!! I believe they have set new standards in customer service !!! This crew is top notch ?Bravo , keep it up .
I've had Wayback elsewhere and was never too impressed, but THIS Wayback is simply unparalleled. The staff is friendly, the food is fast and fresh. It's always clean. Wouldn't even know it was a chain with how particularly well this establishment is run.
