“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.”

“Had a great lunch today at Lebnani in Watertown, CT. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The beef shawarma and hummus were spot on, and you can really tell everything is made with care. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Definitely one of those spots you’ll want to go back to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a great meal.”

Another thing I appreciate is how clean and well-sanitized everything is—I’ve never gotten sick from eating here. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.”

“So I have to give so much praise to this winery. First off Jeff is absolutely amazing. I reached out to him back in Feburary asking about using the winery to get married in April and Jeff was so easy to talk to and was so easy to make plans with so I had the best day. Second off a huge shoutout to the staff of the winery. I was married on April 13th 2024 and it was rainy, windy, and incredibly cold. They let us get married on their deck and out of the rain no questions asked. I went back today on 4/15 to pick up a bottle of wine because I want to have it to drink on my one year wedding anniversary of a wonderful memory of the beautiful place we got married at. The ladies behind the bar were so kind and helped me pick the best wine to my liking. Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful place to get married and a beautiful place to have created beautiful memories with those I love the most. Thank you again Jeff and crew for making this bride incredibly happy. ***Edit to add I got married April of 2024. My feelings are still the same about this beautiful establishment.***”

“jimmys food is excellent! however I was there for the 1st time last week, our waitress was not friendly with us. no personality, no smile..brought our food put it down walked away, said nothing. then 5 mins later, as she was walking by the table threw the receipt down, said nothing. Never came to see if we needed anything else or how the food was, she never offered desert, so we didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for a box, as again she never came back to the table. there were only a few tables full, so she wasn't overly busy, meanwhile I'm watching the other waitress there, smile and laugh with her customers. I wish I knew her name, because she definitely needs to learn people skills. ohh I also heard her complaining to a customer who she must've known, about her training someone and now the other girl is waiting tables and she was not happy that this girl was doing her job basically 🙄”

“We live in Oakville and we have been getting our take out from Paradise for over 15 years. We just love everything there. We are never disappointed. They have saved us on many occasions with their party pizza, which is so reasonably priced. My kids would always have a lot of friends over, we can feed everyone and not break the bank. Dave and his staff are so friendly. We are actually on a first name basis because I am in there so often. The delivery drivers are awesome. If you haven't tried their food, please do.”

I know I could ask for some without rice but love that they have some ready to go.. and it was some of the tastiest I have had in the waterbury area.”

“We have been to Uncommon many times and the food is always amazing and we have always had a great experience all around but I want to say we had the absolute best service here tonight so I wanted to thank our server Justin D. for an outstanding dining experience tonight. Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. The support staff also did an amazing job tonight as well keeping the table clear of empty glasses and dishes and running food. Just an over all lovely experience.”

“Probably one of the last standing buffets near Waterbury to enjoy a variety of delicious entrees, offering anywhere from traditional Chinese food, to sushi, and even a hibachi section! Top tier food and drinks. Quiet most of the time too so its easy to enjoy a wonderful date or quality family time. Dessert section is plentiful and well crafted. An excellent restaurant to visit if you're in the area!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed shells and meatballs, spinach ravioli and creamy pesto, cheese ravioli in marinara and linguini with clam sauce. The calamari starter was fresh and crispy, the bread was soft and plentiful, and the service was outstanding. A bit of a hidden jewel and well worth a visit.”

“Hardcore sweet is hands down the best. I recently used them for the dessert for my wedding and they hit it out of the park. Not only were the cupcakes amazing the staff that came with the cupcake truck were very professional, friendly, and very engaging with all the guests. I cannot recommend them enough everything was perfect start to finish.”

“We tried this hibachi for the first time with our daughter. The atmosphere is always fun, entertaining and silly with the throwing of food and egg cracking. Workers are helpful, and the food was fresh. It can get busy. The only negatives I’d say is for one we asked for medium well for our toddler and the steak was pretty raw. Also, the cooks a little pushy on those who kept saying no and didn’t want to take part.”
