“I got a basic item, mozzarella sticks. They had the good ones, extra thick and good Marinara sauce. The fries were very good as well, super crispy and fresh. “We live in Oakville and we have been getting our take out from Paradise for over 15 years. We just love everything there. We are never disappointed. They have saved us on many occasions with their party pizza, which is so reasonably priced. My kids would always have a lot of friends over, we can feed everyone and not break the bank. Dave and his staff are so friendly. We are actually on a first name basis because I am in there so often. The delivery drivers are awesome. If you haven't tried their food, please do.“

“What a great night out! It was our 43rd anniversary and we wanted someplace quiet that we could actually hear each other talk. This place was perfect!! Ask for a booth. A little awkward to get into, but well worth the efforts! And the food was better than expected! We had the Italian Long Hot Peppers as an appetizer, they were great!!! Their specials were also amazing. Try them, you won't be disappointed!! Can't wait to go back!“

I ordered the Zuppa di pesce ( one of my favorite hard to find meals ) absolutely everything I was hoping it would be and more . Very extensive menu if you can't find something here to tickle your taste buds maybe your not human . The service was awesome. The restaurant itself ain't very fancy but a steady flow of traffic of people picking up and calling in for orders . They are definitely doing something right . “I’ve been a fan and customer of Villarina’s Southbury for many years for far too many reasons to list ... but the most important one is the owners who are family and treat everyone like family!❤️ This is a quick review to say YUMMMM!!! Before the “stay at home” order went into effect, I stocked up on their frozen dinners and lots of pasta sauce. Always love having these in our house and especially so now. We recently tried the frozen linguine w/white clam sauce I had picked up. It was our first time for this dinner and WOW! It was fabulous. My husband says it’s the best he’s ever had. It’s not something I typically eat but loved it. We’ll add it to our list of things to pick-up. Thanks as always!!!“

“Warm atmosphere with comfortable chairs and great lighting, Dishes according to their price, the calzone is large and you can add whatever you want, in terms of flavor they go overboard with the sauce, it was too much on each plate. The service was friendly although they were not attentive to the table, even though there were few tables (ask how everything is, if they want more water or so on). The price is reasonable.“

“my partner and i had our first experience at Italian Al’s today now that they’re in New Milford again and were extremely impressed! they were so kind and generous in every way, including their portions. as soon as we walked up they offered samples that immediately drew us in.everything tasted very authentic and fresh! the fried ravioli was the best we’ve ever had - so crispy, cheesy, and the sauce was delicious. the meatball sub has 3 big meatballs with their sauce, stretchy mozzarella, and fresh shaved cheeses on top. the fried dough was hot, so chewy, and perfectly sweet. last but definitely not least, the freshly filled cannolis were crunchy and just as good or better than any you’d find in the nyc area.“

“We went for dinner tonight. My parents love it and took us for my husbands birthday. Food was great! Such big portions and so many shrimp in my Nana’s dish, and it was delish! But what I really want to comment on is that I informed the waitress my son had a peanut allergy. She said they didn’t have anything with peanuts but would inform them. She came back with a picture of the back of the bread wrapper to show me the ingredients to make sure his grilled cheese was safe. I appreciated that more than they know. As a new mom who is also new to the allergy world I’m just learning and the fact that they thought to show me the ingredients says so much. Usually people think if there are no peanuts it’s safe, but you knew enough to look at the ingredients in the bread and go the step further to show me, and I thank you for that!“

“We've been coming here since they opened in Woodbury, and it's safe to say that they're still just as good, if not better. Everything I've ever had here is always hot, fresh, and tasty. If I ever have time, I always try and come in for a slice of Buffalo chicken pizza. It always comes out in a timely manner, and is constantly amazing every time. The owner is extremely friendly, and makes for a great experience everytime. While they may be priced a little higher than some other pizza places, you are absolutely getting what you pay for.“

“We were traveling through the arena on Hwy 84 at 6 am and wanted coffee. Caffe Italia was the only place open so we drove into Waterbury. Winding our way there we almost decided to turn around and then…there it was. This was like walking into a little Italian neighborhood hangout….with EXCELLENT espresso! At 6 am there was a group of local Italians, reading papers, playing cards and generally sharing the days news. It felt like being at home with family. Great atmosphere! Lots of specialty Italian food, cheeses etc. Super nice guy who made our espresso. We would definitely stop in again for more!“

“I had lost power for 28 hours last week. I called Carlito’s on Friday evening 6/28 after I got my electricity back ?. I had salad, warm
rolls, fried zucchini with marinara sauce, my entree was 2 sautéed soft shell crabs & pasta.
The service was amazing! Food delicious!
I decided I had room for dessert. I sat in the lounge and had a scrumptious chocolate lava cake!!!
I don’t want all of my food delivered at once. At Carlito’s I didn’t feel rushed. Warm rolls and ice water. Appetizer. Salad. Entree. All served after you have finished the previous course. I enjoyed a very relaxed evening!

“Food is honestly amazing. From the stuffed shells, to their homemade meatballs; their cauliflower crust is awesome, and so is their stuffed shrimp pizza. Sounded weird to me and everyone said I must try it..: wow… they were right!! We are guilty of eating here 4 times in past 9 days ?. “Tried their pizza tonight and it is by far the best pizza I have had in a long time. We had the pup in the car for pickup and they even brought it out to us with plates and napkins. The ingredients tasted so fresh and homemade. We will make the trip from Watertown from now on to go here. Great job to all who work here and own this restaurant!“
