Owners Chris and Emily are a young couple succeeding at breaking into a tough market 👏 Check out actual coffee plants while there. They also provide a local artist the coffee bean burlap sacks that their beans were shipped in, which is then turned into handbags.”

“I recently tried the chicken parm grinder at Mad River Creamery & Deli, and it was a really solid choice. The chicken cutlet was nicely breaded, tender, and held up well under the sauce. The marinara was flavorful — tangy with a hint of sweetness — and there was a generous amount of melted cheese that pulled everything together. The bread was fresh and hearty with a nice toasted soft crunch to it , the kind of roll that didn’t get soggy after a few bites, which made the sandwich feel substantial but balanced. I liked that there was a good ratio of chicken to sauce to bread. Service was friendly and efficient, owner welcomed us and provided free ice cream samples as we waited for our grinders ( husband got the steak and cheese for his 3rd time ) being a deli, the portion felt more like a meal than a quick snack. The atmosphere at Mad River Creamery & Deli is welcoming — cozy and laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bit with a friend (or after getting some ice cream). Already know what I want when I return . Always a great experience, but today the woman who took care of my order (twice in one day because I happened to drop my first drink on the sidewalk...haha) went completely out of her way to show kindness to me today. That is very much appreciated. Atmosphere is great, many specialty drinks to chose from, and friendly employees. I will be back again soon.”

I had the Dubai Chocolate flavor — you taste pistachio in one bite, coconut in the next, and chocolate in another — a perfect blend of flavors, yum!! My husband had the banana flavor and loved it. We were there at 9:15 pm and it was still busy, but all the staff were smiling & positive & friendly! 😊 Cute old-fashioned decor inside, a few benches outside. Will definitely be back!”

I love their tacos and burritos. they have added metal covering over the area where you place your order and over an area outside where you can sit and eat. you can also go inside where there are tables and plenty of toppings for your food. it's clean. there is a bathroom also.
