go there every morning the staff is verry nice and friendly and learns all the customer's names. get a sausage egg and cheese and its always perfect.
Loved chubbas for years , does look like the beginning of the end. The new location is usually nearly empty , quality has suffered too. Hoping for a comeback but they need to work on some things .
