Tried for the first time this weekend. Great food, great people!! Got Chicken Parm, Chicken Francese, Lasagna, and bread…all fantastic! Even gave me a free piece of ricotta pie…delicious. Highly recommend!

my partner and i had our first experience at Italian Al’s today now that they’re in New Milford again and were extremely impressed! they were so kind and generous in every way, including their portions. as soon as we walked up they offered samples that immediately drew us in.everything tasted very authentic and fresh! the fried ravioli was the best we’ve ever had - so crispy, cheesy, and the sauce was delicious. the meatball sub has 3 big meatballs with their sauce, stretchy mozzarella, and fresh shaved cheeses on top. the fried dough was hot, so chewy, and perfectly sweet. last but definitely not least, the freshly filled cannolis were crunchy and just as good or better than any you’d find in the nyc area.

Stopped by in hopes of getting something to bring home for dinner. Sherry was so kind offering up severaldifferent options. I opted for some Tortolini with sauce and some incredible ricotta. The smell in my car was amazing! Only trumped by the taste when we got home and were able to eat it. Even my picky eater who doesn’t like sauce devoured the meal! Generous portions and enough leftOver for lunch! Highly recommend!!! We can’t wait to go back!

If I was judging a five-star brick and mortar restaurant I would judge it by the criteria you should use for an establishment like that.. Al's gets five stars according to what it is, a food truck.I I had the cheese and jalapeno Brats, some fried ravioli and a few mozzarella sticks. I was also provided with a container of sauce in freshly grated cheese.. I assumed it was parmesan?Everything was cooked just right and delicious, the prices were excellent by today's standards and I had the option of dining there on a few outside tables under the shade of some trees.I was surprised by the quality of the food and really enjoy the fact I now have an option for some quick Italian food nearby.

Great food truck options with wonderful service from amazing humans. Crispy chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & their roasted peppers was very delicious! The orange ice cream float was enough for 2 people & was amazing. They also make bagels that are incredible. You won't be disappointed and the prices are great.

Fanatic food, a lot of attention to detail in even the smaller dishes. Have never had a question as to service or quality of food.

This place is amazing, my husband and I went for lunch and got one of the specials and it was out of this world! Portions are huge, service is quick and great and they're reasonably priced! Their fried dough and lemonade is the best I've ever had! Wish we tried this place sooner! We will definitely be back soon.Update: The meatball grinder is one of the best I've ever had as well.
We stopped for a lovely fried dough for lunch but unfortunately the portions were made too large to even try to enjoy and when we pulled them apart, both portions weren't thoroughly cooked through. They could of made 5-6 individual fried doughs out of one. Way undercooked, too much dough wasted. The other guy who came right after us only ate a small part of his and he tossed his too. We should of stuck with a red hot.
Stopped by for the first time today and to be honest, I figured it would be your average greasy food truck fare. Wow, was I impressed! The menu was larger than I expected. The service was friendly, the prices were very fair, and the portions were huge. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Thank you for taking such pride in what you do. On a side note, I can't believe how petty some people can be with food reviews (@Kevin Michael Didsbury).
Great food!! Awesome old school Italian fried dough. Great grinders. Phenomenal deserts, floats and cannoli! Must try!
