Having never tried Mona Lisa, I was pleasantly surprised when we picked up a cheese pizza for an office party! Good flavor and a thick layer of cheese. I really appreciated the option to order curbside pickup too. I’m curious to try more from here and we’ll be ordering it at the office more often!
Clams casino pizza was good though I should have skipped the green pepper, which you find in the stuffed clam dish, but don't agree with me. It's relatively quiet and small but typical local pizza / Italian with take out business just enough for the locals business and some travellers like me + 1 before an event. We needed 1.25 - 1.5 hours before the event. We had 1 hour. We/they got it done but it was close.
We happened to be driving through and stopped for lunch. We were so glad that we did. Great chicken cutlet sandwich. Awesome chicken piccata. But we would come back for the soup alone. The Mona Lisa soup is hands down the best soup I have had out at a restaurant. It’s chicken, rice, spinach, lemon and some magical seasonings..with homemade croutons and sliced lemon on the side.
