This is my kinda place. An old-school diner with super friendly people, great food, and reasonable prices. They have some interesting breakfast options including pancakes eggs benedict three different ways. My breakfast sandwich came with tons of crispy bacon - a home run. They have about a dozen seats plus counter seating on the old swiveling stools. The owner (Patty) is still there, greeting guests and spreading good cheer.
Literally the greatest place to get breakfast. I always feel taken care of and relaxed at this place. I wish my grandfather was still around cause this was our go to place to just hang. If you want the most authentic experience come here :)
Cute little towny diner. If you want to get the vibe of a town, and its people, diners are the place. And this diner being family oriented and run, it is one of the most authentic spots in the area. Great food, and you can make it how you like it. Their coffee is great, and even as an outsider you're treated well and with attention to detail. We had a great experience there. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.
