While the ice cream is excellent Marie isn’t! She’s quite moody and rude to customers. The young girls are typically very sweet and kind. Marie could learn from them.

I don't normally make reviews but couldn't look past this. First I asked for an orange pineapple ice cream on a sugar cone, she asked me 3 times for the name of it. She told me to hang on and came back and said they didn't have it. Next I asked for a small chocolate chip on a sugar cone. She then pulled out a cake cone and I thought, ok whatever. She comes back with a chocolate ice cream. I said, no I wanted chocolate chip, I tell her it is usually vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. She got another cake cone and went to ask for help. The guy comes over with a giant mouthful of food, Chewing with his mouth open! He asks me what kind, I say chocolate chip on a sugar cone, he grabs another cake cone and points to which ice cream I supposedly want. She walks back over with Cookies and Cream. I take it because I am done at this point. I get down to the cone part and it was so stale. Threw the rest out of the window. Won't be back!

I've driven by this place numerous times and I finally stopped tonight. I was definitely not missing out on anything. The two flavors I had tasted off and my cone was stale. The girl working came off as if she was annoyed by us. We were there an hour and a half before closing and the first thing out of her mouth was, "We're closing soon, you came at a bad time."Maybe it was an off night, idk, but I won't be stopping by again.

Every time this women is there she is never able to correctly fulfill my order, the last time I went my milkshake tasted and felt like straight up milk, I even went in asked for her to fix it and it felt like she wasn’t understanding what I wanted and handed me back the same exact thing a liquidy, soupy, gross mess, so upset I wanted my time and money here
