This a great Dunks to hit up right off the highway. They have two drive through lanes to accommodate larger vehicles. The staff were all super friendly, and my order was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window.

Really annoying to watch the employees hustle to service every driver thru customer in under 3 minutes when waiting over 10 minutes inside for food I ordered using a kiosk. Completely unacceptable.

We were here for 15 mins and it was a terrible experience. We were almost rear ended as the parking lot is terrible to access, the restrooms were caked with diarrhea and we got the most mid sandwiches and cold coffees. Choose another location

Thanks to Shawna who saved my morning! While doing the school run I mistakenly ordered from the wrong dd, which i realized while she was trying to find my order. As I got in line to re order, she called me back over, took my FULL ORDER again, and sent me on my way...no charge!!! Great service and unexpected kindnesses go a long way in building loyalty. With plenty of places for breakfast around, I will be remembering this outstanding service long into the future. The immediate "loss" from the till will be payed back 10 fold because of thoughtful and kind employees like Shawna who understand how business can be done. Thanks again for making my day!!!

Very cute Dunkin’ (Donuts store) in Tolland, CT. Right next to the I-84 is this extremely cute little Dunkin’ Donuts place. The store was busy but well staffed and had a very friendly atmosphere. Everything looked clean and neat - a nice surprise, right at the Interstate with outdoor seating and plenty of parking.
