The best place to go for high quality meats. We love the breakfast Sausages and the Bacon, both are outstanding and stocked up this weekend before we came home for the winter months. We also purchased the smoked pork chops and Apple Cider Gravy. Had tonight and it was delicious. I'll be back to buy more hopefully before the winter months.

We hired The Country Butcher to cater a corporate event for 200 people. The service and the food was great! We picked the food up hot and served it buffet style at our facility. The packaging of the hot food was done very well in beautiful, quality, labeled boxes. The price was also extremely reasonable!

I used them to cater a surprise party for my husband’s 80th birthday. Picking up the food was very easy. We had the beef brisket, fried chicken, sausage and peppers, and rolls. It was excellent…you didn’t need a knife to cut the brisket. It fell apart! So good!!!
The country butcher is an amazing place to get fresh high quality meats. Their ground sirloin makes the most insane burgers I have ever had. There are so many other items in the shop that are made locally like the dill beans that are worth the trip alone.

First, the bacon is second to none. It is a thicker cut with a very clean and smokey flavor. Best I have ever had, I believe it retails for $10 per pack/pound. They also have beautiful marbeled beef, the ribeye is packed with flavor. Additionally they offer many types of sausages, pork, chicken and other tasty items. As far as pricing, the chicken is very reasonable and beef will run $2 to $4 more per pound than large groceries stores. It is WELL WORTH a few more dollars! Support your local butcher and give them a try!

Driving up, you can see that the grounds are well manicured which speaks to the degree of care put into the food being sold. Everything is spotless.My favorites are his breakfast links and his swedish meatballs.
