Tolland Family Restaurant & Pizza

I've been trying all of the pizza places near Tolland, and have not yet found any that were overly impressive. The staff were friendly. The food came out relatively fast, but wasn't something I would ever go back for. Its a bit awkward waiting for takeout, so i recommend either dining in or calling ahead.

Pizza is good

Paid $18.25 for a chicken souvlaki platter through the slice app and received just the souvlaki, no fries or salad. We were also missing the sauce I paid for. When we picked it up we assured everything was in the bag. Not the first time we’ve gotten home and found missing items, but I guess we should know better by now. Don’t leave until you check your take out order.

Edit: restaurant refused to refund for the missing items.

Grew up grabbing takeout for years, enjoy the sit down now that I'm older and have the time. Food is great, vibes are comfy. There's a reason it's been around for so long. It's a good ole fashioned pizza joint but you can taste the love and attention

We got a sausage and peppers pizza, very good.

I ordered takeout 3 times from this place and my order was wrong every single time (grinders or pizza… not complicated). So I stopped going. It had been awhile since I’d gone so figured I would try again and this time was given someone else’s order completely . I once again again had to drive back and was offered no compensation whatsoever for their mistake… they have never once even given me a discount for wasting my time. the girls at the counter are at least apologetic but the owner couldn’t be bothered…. He laughed when I said I wouldn’t be returning. Foods not nearly good enough to keep going back for the headache… I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else

This place was the best place ever I grew up on this food and it was stop on the way home the service was great so as the food

Fabulous meatball grinders at a fair price for current trends. Fresh rolls, yummy red sauce, moist meatballs that aren’t too dense. Not skimpy! One of the very best around for sure!! We will be back!! Thank you!

Update your flippin Google Maps listing when you close for a week or so. People look it up and drive 20 minutes one way to go to your restaurant. Ridiculously inconsiderate. Irresponsible and shameful behavior.

Absolutely delicious food! They have those really crispy fries that are soooo good, and their pizza is always great, no matter which topping combo we get! Also, I found out it's cheaper to call rather than order online (the website uses a 3rd party).
