I want to be clear, I do enjoy going to 99 but after what I saw yesterday I’m not sure I would go back. The manager of the torrington location put a customer in a restraint yelling at time saying he was going to call the cops. I understand safety, but if a customer is that bad you either a) call the cops right away or B) escort them out.
