I went to the one in Torrington CT for the 1st time and I was very impressed by our server along with the food being excellent as well!! That you for the amazing atmosphere that in turn allowed me and my friend to have a fabulous date!!! I without a doubt highly recommend going to the restaurant for a great meal and a great time to match together!

This was a door dash order in Torrington. I usually order the same thing for the most part from this place. Normally they are good but today the fries were drowned in salt. They were so salty I could not eat them. I moved the fries around to take a picture of the amount of salt the tray had. Its ashame. I will probably not order again since the orders are always inconsistent. One order once had like 5 fries another time the rice pilaf was a little undercooked. Sometimes u get enough fries and other times its extremely minimal. This is the 2nd time the fries were salty but today its overkill. The pico de gallo sometimes does not look fresh. You never know if the food will be good or not so its a hit or miss with doordash. At least you could send it back and get it remedied dining in. The oreo cake with the icecream is always good.

We were sent there to find a bathroom. Walked in around 945pm, went to ask if we could use their bathroom, no one was up front, no one was at the bar, my partner even checked the dining area for anyone that might work there, a couple was sitting and eating, but there was not a single employee in sight. We used the bathrooms and left, no one was around when we left either.

On Oct. 6th I took a friend who is legally blind for lunch and I had the turkey dinner and Terry had fried shrimp and both meals were delicious and our waitress, Marissa was great. On Oct. 12th I took my granddaughter who had the sirloin tips & chicken tenders and I had the chicken pot pie which were so good and our waitress Bailey was very nice. Now today I had lunch with my friend and we had the chicken salad and barbecue pork ribs that were excellent and Michelle our waitress was so helpful. Always enjoy our meals at 99.
What a great experience!!! Food, atmosphere and the service by waiter Nick was top notch!!! Will be returning soon.

Unexciting menu. I wish the restaurant had more identity. In attempting to appeal to a broad audience, it becomes a generic experience. The food was relatively bland and I was delivered the wrong entree; when told of the error, it wasn't corrected.

Maybe teach your staff it's rude to ignore customers. Me and my bf arrived at 5:30 pm. It's now close to 6:00 and we still haven't a waiter/waitress. You know it's funny too: people who sat down after us got served, and her name is cass. Not the first time either.
