Our orders were not completed as ordered. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete our order. In the mean time almost finished my meal sad very very sad. This was not a complicated order.

Food was meh, I would shy away from the burgers unless you like over cooked hockey pucks, the waitress was super sweet edit came back the food was absolutely amazing delicious tasty cooked her perfection and the waiter was awesome and it was very fast

Went prior to going to see performance at Warner Theater and was quick, good and good value. Also able to leave car in parking lot and walk over

My wife and I frequent this location both in-person and take-out. We agree that for the money, 99 offers some very good food at very reasonable prices. The boneless wings, fried shrimp dinner, southwest bowl, and spinach and artichoke appetizer are some of our favorites. I do like that their bar area is sectioned off from the main dining room and therefore quieter than Applebee's, for example. When using take-out, our orders have been packed correctly and the orders have always been complete.

I am new to the area. I couldn’t believe when I went in there stuff was all over the floor. It smells like there was a flood very very musty inside. The food is good, but I almost be afraid to go back due to bacteria possibility
