My wife and I frequent this location both in-person and take-out. We agree that for the money, 99 offers some very good food at very reasonable prices. The boneless wings, fried shrimp dinner, southwest bowl, and spinach and artichoke appetizer are some of our favorites. I do like that their bar area is sectioned off from the main dining room and therefore quieter than Applebee's, for example. When using take-out, our orders have been packed correctly and the orders have always been complete.

I am new to the area. I couldn’t believe when I went in there stuff was all over the floor. It smells like there was a flood very very musty inside. The food is good, but I almost be afraid to go back due to bacteria possibility

Ordered simple meals. Took 45 min to cook. There were 3 other tables there. Mind you it was around 1pm. Floor was filthy not swept. And our waitress came around 1 time to see if we wanted dessert. Will not recommend.
