Great cozy little spot for breakfeast.
The food tasted home made and delicious and the prices were very reasonable.

This place is amazing! We've been searching for a great breakfast (and lunch) place in Torrington and this place definitely fits the bill. Amazing food, great service and a hometown feel. Portions are huge and delicious. You have to try the peach crepes if they're on the specials menu. For the slightly less adventurous, the cheese omelette with sourdough toast (2 different kinds) is wonderful. Can't say enough about this restaurant. We'll be back soon!

I would go for their fresh bread alone!

Angie’s is the go-to spot for breakfast—cozy, welcoming, and always serving up something good. She runs weekend specials that change between Saturday and Sunday, so check her Facebook page before you go to see what’s cooking. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy—comfort food at its best—but the cinnamon pancakes are just as awesome. Service is friendly, and everything is made fresh, so remember—you can’t rush good food. Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, it’s the kind of place that feels like home and fills you up right. Always worth the stop.

This was the best breakfast we've had in a long time! You can tell everything is made fresh and they have the best gluten-free English muffins.

5 stars all the way. Very unique menu items. All delicious. We had apple cider donut french toast with apple glaze. Also a fancy grilled cheese on garlic bread. All is all, awesome food and warm setting.

This place really needs to learn how to have better customer service. Clearly they do not know how to run a business and need to teach all their workers how to have good customer service and patience. Also, I have ate here before and the place is very over hyped and food quality is below average. I will no longer ever go here. I was placing an order with them, and Because I was asking questions about what their special was. The first person on the phone got frustrated and said hold on one second, then said to someone else “ I need someone to take her order. I can’t deal with this. “ so rude, even the second person I spoke to seemed to be frustrated as well. If you hate your job.. that’s not your customers problem or fault. Then when I asked to speak to a manager… Angie came on the line. Whether she was a manager or owner I told her my concerns about how rude her worker was and she proceeded to not care and basically just said thank you for letting us know. Her response should have been… I’m so sorry about that, it is never our intention to make a customer feel anything , that isn’t good. I appreciate how you feel and I will talk to her about this and trust me this will never happen again. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. And again my deepest sincerest apologies. This response instead of what she said showing she cares is the reason why I never would have wrote a bad review. So I hope this will serve as a lesson to this establishment.

Food was absolutely amazing. We had a slightly large order for pick up. Everything from the customer service to the food was wonderful. We will definitely be ordering again.

Visited this place mainly for the biscuits and gravy. Read a lot of great reviews and saw a lot of pics displaying amazing menu options but when we got there it was very plain and ordinary. There were no chalkboard menu items and no biscuits and gravy. We were told that the fun food was only available on the weekends. Major disappointment. Wish we had known before we drove 30 minutes to get there. Most likely won't return. :(
