Came in for lunch on a Sunday. It was not busy. However it was very dark inside but whatever. Our server overall was not terrible, but really didn’t deliver during our visit, especially after we had some issues. My brother and I ordered a 6oz and 8oz steak, both medium rare. When we received it after waiting 35 minutes, both steaks were well done. We weren’t upset at this point because everyone makes mistakes and if the kitchen could correct it then no harm done. We wait another 25 minutes for the replacements steaks. During which time the server came back and stated “they will be a little more pink”…. Whatever. Finally, we get the steaks, she has me cut into it, and it’s well done again. At this point, we had already spent way longer here than we planned to and we needed to get going. I just kept the steak and decided I’d feed it to my dogs for dinner that night. When we got the bill, it still ended up being over $100. We got plenty of “sorry’s” but nothing that actually helped the situation. Overall, just not a good sign when the kitchen can’t cook a steak to a specific temp. Should make you question the way they cook everything else.

Stopped by last night with my daughters for unplanned last minute dinner, I ordered the Fiesta lime chicken, the rice was undercooked, we ordered a pizza off the kids menu, it was burned and my 6 year old with missing teeth couldn't eat anything on it but the cheese, we also ordered the chicken Alfredo the noodles were clumped together, there was barely any sauce. NEVER AGAIN. The waitress was sweet, but the food was Horrible. She even commented there was so much food on the table, I explained the food was inedible. Paid my bill and left. I understand that restaurants are struggling, but when people like me come in and get served this way, even when I have the money I'd rather just cook myself at home.

Very disappointed, waited over 25 mins for our order past the posted ready time, the sides and customizations were all wrong. It was chaotic, disorganized, and not worthwhile to go back. In need of much more help, training and oversight to produce accurate orders in a timely fashion.

I placed a takeout order and was missing a first side selection of fries and a fountain drink. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to get to my next destination so I didn’t check the bag right away until I got home. I’m surprised the curbside assistant didn’t check the bag with order receipt too to make sure it was correct before bringing it out. :/
Was served food that was once warm, now cooled down below room temperature. How? Couldn't tell ya. My friend ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and threw it up not long after we left. *Note that I had ordered this in the past with no issue, however, there were many problems this time.
Upon walking in a male server seemed very aggravated when talking to another female employee, who turned out to be our server which was very kind and patient with us.
Paid under $40 for two people not bad price-wise.

Had a conversation the other day about places advertising New Orleans cuisine and not really delivering. As a resident in New Orleans, anything labeled Bourbon Street or New Orleans related, I think I know New Orleans. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak, the flavor might pass for CT, but was probably 3/5 star to New Orleans cuisine.

My family had dinner here like we have tons of times before. This is my first negative experience and we will not be back! I brought my kids with me and my sones friend for a holiday meal together. My daughter who is 18 lives with multiple disabilities daily and needs help with daily tasks. She always brings her own personal sippy cup as she can't drink from a regular cup. We were approached once we sat down by first our waitress then she got the manager about how my daughter could not have her cup with an outside beverage with medication in at their restaurant. I explained multiple times about why she uses it and her disabilities. The manager made all of us feel so uncomfortable that my son then left. My daughter started to cry and asked what she did wrong. A person living daily with disabilities shouldn't ever feel uncomfortable in public places like this. The manager who doesn't quite get what living with a disabilities entails and sometimes they need adaptive items to eat with. No apologizes at all if your disabled get ready to feel really uncomfortable feeling at this place!

I had one of the worse times going here tonight with my family. Our food arrived, and I noticed my cheeseburger was way over cooked and looked like it had been sitting on the grill for a very long time. When we told our waitress, that's when things went started to get worse. She actually said We'll are you sure you want to send it back? Umm yes it looks horrible and we are paying. To then well you are going to just have to wait. Which I understand you do need to wait for it to be recooked. That's normal well 50 mins later, my hamburger finally came out where she just said here and practically threw the plate on the table. When I said I wanted to speak to a manager she had more of an attitude. After another 10 minute wait the manager did come out and apologized for his delay as he was helping in the kitchen. There is no need for waitstaff to be that rude. I'm beyond understanding. But 50 minutes for a poorly cooked cheeseburger is unexceptable. The rudeness she gave during our visit was not appropriate needless to say I did not eat what she brought. The manager gave us our check and we left

Out of the three plates my family had ordered. Two of them came raw, and the broccoli was old and shriveled. We had to send it back, then when one of the plates got back, which was steak. It was still underdone. My salmon came back, and it was so dry it was disgusting. They gave me a plate back, and when I bit into my salmon, there was a bone. I figured that it wasn’t something they could control, but as I ate a bit more there was more bones. I was absolutely disgusted. So only after they brought us a drink, which wasn’t anything we ordered and they charged us for it. Which is insane. When we told the manager, nothing was addressed. Never go here unless you want to basically be spat on.

This is probably one of the worst Applebee’s I’ve gone to. Took almost 8 minutes to be seated in a fairly dead restaurant for then to be seated and wait 10 mins for our server. Server seemed alright, food came out fairly fast and good at least. Definitely won’t be coming back here again, the ones in Mass seem to be ran a bit better
