have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere.
The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good.
I highly recommend this place.

Excellent cappuccino! Brinx Coffee offers a limited selection of baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch options along with a variety of hot and cold beverage choices. Cozy interior/welcoming atmosphere. A great place to meet a friend and unwind for a bit.

My fiancé and I tried this place for the first time today per a friend’s recommendation. We were very excited to try this place.The food was good, and so was the French toast latte that we got, albeit a bit pricey.We then tried the lavender latte. It was so overpowering in taste that we could not drink it at all. We usually love lavender lattes and we were surprised by this. It really was quite bad to be honest.I asked the server if there was anything she could do to fix it, but she was standoffish and wasn’t very caring in her response. She said she would make us something else but also charge us, and in general was not very friendly.I suppose that’s technically fair, but for a first time visit this was off-putting. Maybe we hit this place at a bad time, as I’m seeing almost overwhelming positive reviews by others.I don’t think we’ll be coming back here, weird vibes.
