Not good, and who wants to spend their hard earned money on a business that can't handle a bad review. You don't argue with the customer. You just make it right.

What a find out in Torrington, CT! I've always loved this area, and seem to discover fun and eclectic shops scattered about on each trip, but I was truly thrilled to visit Brinx for the first time. What a wonderful staff, fun vibe, and INCREDIBLE French Toast latte I had! I mean, this thing was drenched in flavor, and was the perfect compliment to the yummy turkey BLT we had. I wish they were closer to us, but it just means that we'll have more fun roads to drive to head back and see them!

Had a mobile order that was made wrong but didn’t realize until I brought it home then had to turn around and go back. The barista refused to remake it but “reimbursed me $1”
The gingerbread flavor was also awful and I asked if she would remake it just plain and she refused, saying they have never had a complaint about the flavor.
Will not be going back. The owner who moved was the best but this barista has ruined the charming coffee shop vibe with her standoffish demeanor.

The turkey sandwich was literally the best sandwich I have ever had. Hands down. Stopped here for a quick lunch. Yuuuuum. The gluten free peanut butter cookie tasted good, but was crunchy. No softness. I’ll skip that next time. But I need that sandwich again.

Modern cozy local spot with a clean and lowkey energy; sweet spot to reset and recharge with a yummy latte and some work to do ☕️✨ also great window with a view of the arts district, great for drawing/brain storming. Everything was so good I forgot to take pictures ☕️🤌✨ everyone behind the counter was really warm, thank you for the snacks!

Great atmosphere, folks are always smiling in there. Love Giv Coffee. perfect lunch options, and chai made from scratch in house. Delicious!

Edit: really disappointed with the service. She demonstrated that she didn’t like me. Rude to my compliments. I asked twice if she put honey in my tea. Nope. Lied to twice. What kind of food? “The menu is right in front of your face” Jeez sorry for existing!

The food and coffee here are very good. I enjoy the Mocha Lattes and the Lox Bagel. The place is a little small but cozy. In warmer weather the sidewalk seating is a nice place to sit and hangout downtown.
