What a find out in Torrington, CT! I've always loved this area, and seem to discover fun and eclectic shops scattered about on each trip, but I was truly thrilled to visit Brinx for the first time. What a wonderful staff, fun vibe, and INCREDIBLE French Toast latte I had! I mean, this thing was drenched in flavor, and was the perfect compliment to the yummy turkey BLT we had. I wish they were closer to us, but it just means that we'll have more fun roads to drive to...
The turkey sandwich was literally the best sandwich I have ever had. Hands down. Stopped here for a quick lunch. Yuuuuum. The gluten free peanut butter cookie tasted good, but was crunchy. No softness. I’ll skip that next time. But I need that sandwich again.
Modern cozy local spot with a clean and lowkey energy; sweet spot to reset and recharge with a yummy latte and some work to do ☕️✨ also great window with a view of the arts district, great for drawing/brain storming. Everything was so good I forgot to take pictures ☕️🤌✨ everyone behind the counter was really warm, thank you for the snacks!
