have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere.
The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good.
I highly recommend this place.
Community coffee shop in the heart of Torrington. Food is fresh, local, and prepared with care. Coffee is top notch. Really enjoyed sitting out front on a Saturday morning at the bistro tables.
Excellent cappuccino! Brinx Coffee offers a limited selection of baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch options along with a variety of hot and cold beverage choices. Cozy interior/welcoming atmosphere. A great place to meet a friend and unwind for a bit.
