I just went to bk with my husband and son and went into the bathroom and it was full of piss and toilet paper and I told a employee about it and he said ok then I walked to my family who was getting food seeing old food and trash on the floor. The health department needs to go there! And that’s coming from a huge fan of whopper jr’s!! They also screwed up my son’s order and I came home to cook my family’s food up to temp as it was cold so no one would get sick!!! See for yourself!!!

I stood right at the cash register for roughly 5 minutes waiting for some one to take my order or even acknowledge me. They were passing out orders all around me, but no acknowledgement making me aware that they will be right with me. I left and walked across the street to the diner. At the diner, i received immediate customer service. So much for fast food from Burger King. Good luck trying to get some one to take your order. This is not my first poor experience at this burger king, but it will definitely be my last.

I'm not gonna lie this burger. King is probably the grossest Burger King, I ever stuck foot in? I normally don't like going to fast food. Restaurants or eating inside it was during lunch hour. I do get. They were very busy. However, we waited in line for about 10 minutes. They completely ignored my friend. She didn't even get her order in One girl was picking up an order from DoorDash And she was standing there and getting frustrated. There was plenty of staff that's the crazy part when I did get my chicken fries They were soggy and absolutely disgusting. How to throw them in a trash. I felt bad, I really wanted to give you guys one star because it was technically 1 star. Business, however, I do realize it was lunchtime It was busy, you guys had a bunch of people there. So I gave you two instead

The people cooking the food couldn't read English. Managers up front were giving them the orders in Spanish, which would be fine, if my order was right. I ordered a Whopper with no onions and no tomatoes. They also left off the mayo and the pickle. I asked for it to be remade and I got a second patty that I didn't order, which left the bottom bun soaked in grease. My mother ordered a Whopper Jr. with bacon. They gave her bacon on a bun with pickles, onion and a drop of ketchup. There was no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo
I had a nice visit here. Food was hot, fresh and yummy. Service was great, cashier ever 2 thumbs up me.
