The woman who took my order was very friendly and polite, it felt somewhat warm in there which surprised me because I would think be card for their equipment to run and keep the ice cream at the correct temperature. Although it was in the 90s that day so I'm sure the air conditioning had some trouble running. Another thing was the ice cream seemed a little different from the last time I was there, it didn't seem quite as thick and creamy and it was melting very fast...

Always so welcoming and friendly. I gotta say they have a new none-dairy option. I would rather treat myself and deal with the stomachs afterward. The strawberry wasn't bad, but the chocolate was ?

Dietary restrictions: I would take my chances with the real ice cream

I've been going to this Carvel ever since I was a little kid in the '90s. The soft serve ice cream is amazing, the staff is always fast even when it's busy. Always recommend this place especially on a hot day.
