The food was undercooked. They were extremely busy but rice was undercooked, veggies weren’t cooked or cut and they didn’t have half the options available. Paid for a meal I couldn’t eat, usually great but lesson learned, if they are busy, don’t go

Waited like a dope to be helped while two employees ahead of me were ordering. The ONE person ahead of them seemed as if she was intentionally trying to take her sweet time helping them. Not one employee out of the six in the front acknowledged me, even said ‘hello’. Was the longest & rudest experience at a Chipotle but judging by previous reviews would you expect anything less?!?

Gave me the smallest scoop of rice, meat, and corn. Hardly a line, but was in such a rush I couldn't get a chance to ask for the correct amount. Only after the fact, she acknowledged that she barely gave me any rice and asked if i wanted more. Usually, I don't have any issues, but this was a first for me. I didn't believe it at first because normally I never had any issues, but my father weeks ago had ordered and had the same issue with the same worker.

Love ordering using the mobile app for quick, easy pick-up. Only issue was I had asked in the instructions for a printed receipt since I ordered for my staff and needed it for the expense report. The girl at the window had no clue and said that can't be done.
