Food was decent, although expensive. The service was not the best. Even though they gave us what we asked for and definitely gave us what we paid for there were a few smiles. They didn't seem to enjoy their job. As far as the ambience the restaurant was filthy we had to ask to have a table cleaned off so we could eat. we could not get to the drink station, which is in a really really bad place unless we walked around three full garbage bags and walked around three puddles of some kind of liquid on the floor that came from the garbage bags. I will not be going back here.

Going into this Chipotle I had an open mind. When I walked in Chipotle I saw the huge selection of food.I got the bowl. The bowl was perfect. I was just the right amount of food to fill me up.Sometimes I can even take some home. And it's just as good leftover. I have been going to Chipotle for almost a year now. I have had only one bad experience. But the Chipotle team fixed it and gave me a complete refund. Overall I love Chipotle and their whole team.

Felt warm in the bag, take a bite and it’s cold then tonight I had a huge chunk of meat and it was fatty!I never used to be so disappointed in the bowl it used to be the chips cuz half of the chips would be good then the other half stale.Come on Chipotle hire people who care about their job!!!!

I paid 17$ plus tip for this!! This is their Wholesome Bowl with Carne Asada. No fajita veggies, the smallest amount of guacamole, no fresh tomato salsa and it’s pretty cold. I’ve tried this location a few times, trying to give it a chance and after wasting my money yet again, I will not be returning. There’s a reason this location has a 2 star rating.Update: I took a few bites. The meat is very dry and salty. They must have given me the bottom of the pot. Very annoyed I wasted my time and money, should have gone to McDonalds at least the food is hot there.

Busy parking lot. We went inside. I ordered a veggie burrito to eat in the car with my daughter. It was so overstuffed, I couldn't even pick it up. It was delicious. I got 3 meals out of it. Place was clean and well organized. Very polite and helpful staff.

Best customer service since I’ve been at Chipotle. Cris and Fatima greeted us and Cris took and made our order. My quesadilla was excellent and my boyfriend’s Carnitas bowl was also excellent. The food was also very delicious !! Recommend the chicken :)

I must be insanely lucky given that I’ve never had any major issues with my experience buying food here. Seeing A LOT of 1 ⭐️ reviews was actually a surprise to me. I go here so often that I have accumulating 12,000+ points in the app this Quarter at this specific location.Some tips to anyone buying here: If you’re ordering on the app, pay close attention to the order ready status. There will be possible delay, but if you follow it, most of the time you’ll get your food as soon as you show up.Its honestly a workaround that should be solved by the business, but if you want the least amount of friction, follow the order status and not the pickup time. Use the pickup time as a rough estimate, but allow 5 mins for room.As for food, the qualities level for me is consistent, but the proportions vary. I always order the bowl, and always do pickup. Because of the static/consistent size of a bowl, you can always gauge your proportions if its less then usual.As for food quality, it varies on what you order. Personally I’ve never had a problem.
Out to dinner with 5 friends, service was excellent in helping to decide what to order and building our bowls, super friendly employees. Nice variety to make burritos, bowls, tacos.Parking: They share a parking lot with Marzano's pizza next door, so a full lot could still be quick service. Front and back entrance

Worst chipotle ever. ALWAYS check your order. It is never correct. Tonight I drove 20 minutes to pick up this order, the bag had my name on it but the order inside couldn't have been more wrong and had someone else name on it. I called the corporate headquarters because when you call the store you only get a BOT. Chipotle corporate headquarters offered me.a free drink to compensate me. For an hour drive and food I was unable to eat. This branch is awful.

Negative 10 stars! Absolute WORST chipotle around!!! The place is trash that is filled with trash employees. I walked into an empty establishment, and the first thing I noticed was every single table was filthy with dirty, used food all over them. Walked up to the counter with about 6 staff members working behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged me, but continued on with their obnoxious conversations, after two of them made eye contact with still no acknowledgment I walked out, needless to say it was probably for the best because of the dirtiness of this establishment, on top of the food looking stale and in unsanitary conditions I probably would’ve have been sick if I had eaten there. Never going back, I’d rather starve!!

We went there specifically for the limited time special steak carne asada. They were all out and not grilling any. It was only 5:00. Very disappointing. We go there to get the salad bowl, which is always very good, but they should not have run out of the special so early in the dinner hour on a Monday that is why 3 stars for service. I had the shredded pork which is very good.
