Is a good choice for Mexican food in Torrington. Food is good. dining room is spacious, and good location. Some items are priced kinda high for the portions you get. Some items could use a bit more flavor.

If you are Mexican and are looking for food with Mexican flavor, this is not the right place, very good service and atmosphere but the food has a very different style.Parking: I hope to find next time tacos al pastor, corn tortilla flautas. ?

Decent food, hometown vibe, service is hit or miss but we typically get it for takeout. Combo Meals are good, taco salad is nice. Fajitas are my all time favorite but I do NOT like theirs at all the meat is tough and chewy and not a fan of their red sauce but my wife loves it.

Wish there was a A zero star option cause that's what this place deserves. Food is absolutely not authentic Mexican and way over priced for the below average food quality and the manager is snobby and rude like she forgot the patrons are what allows them to earn a living. This place is definitely a kitchen nightmare someone please call Chef Ramsey!

The absolute worst excuse for a Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Tried to charge me $86 for 11 tacos and a bowl of shrimp which was not even half full. Service is terrible the person taking orders said "wel this isn't taco bell" well no kidding cause their food is better and the establishment is cleaner. Stay away from this place by any means necessary.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time tonight, and I was so excited to finally try it. The drinks were good and our waitress was sweet. Unfortunately, the food was not at all what we were hoping for. I ordered a beef chimichanga with three sides and received a chicken one with only two of the sides, leaving out pico de gallo. I decided not to say anything about the pico but once I started eating the actual meal I regretted it, as my chimichanga tasted like chicken mixed with bland ground beef chili in a tortilla, and just literally not what I ordered. By the time I noticed it was chicken, the waitress had other things to deal with and didn't come back until we were ready for the check, so I kept it to myself. It wasn't her fault, the plate was just sad looking and tasting. My boyfriend ordered pork asada with rice. He said the rice tasted exactly like Uncle Ben's and the pork tasted like vomit. It was fine enough that we ate what we got, but we most likely won't ever go back.

I was blown away the people here are atentive and caring the food is bursting with flavor and I've never tasted food like this.

Don’t bother trying to order as simple as a grande chicken quesadilla because you’ll end up with a completely different item thanks to the morons cooking the food. I would leave zero stars if possible.

The people who worked there were nice. That’s the best I can say. This has to be the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Maybe it’s because we had our food to-go instead of eating at the restaurant? I feel bad to post a negative review, but this food was terrible. Simple black beans out of a can taste better than the beans they serve. A positive note is I have so much leftover sour cream I can use it for something else. This place should not be calling itself a Mexican restaurant, and honestly even calling it a restaurant is a stretch.

Service was good. Margarita tasted like premix with a hint of tequila so overall it was fairly sweet. I personally wasn't a fan of the refried beans or the rice. The quesadilla was okay. The table we got sat at had a dirty vent above it looks like it wasn't dusted in months.
