Every single day there is something wrong with our hot coffee order. Today it was cold and had cream in it, instead of milk as ordered. Most days there are coffee grounds in the bottom, and it tastes old. Worst location in Torrington, unfortunately it's the most convenient for us.

Dunkin' is going for the Starbucks crowd, this one has tables and chairs set up and a couple of them even have power outlets nearby. So instead of dealing with the Green Siren people, I'm getting coffee.
Ordering on the app, a special deal on the Avocado Toast today. A good portion of avocado on their sourdough bread and topped with Everything Bagel seasoning. Coffee was good (and super hot) prepared as requested.
And they're out of Large Cups. I was here for a while and you'd think maybe they send someone to another Dunkin location to trade? Nope. They're just out of Large Cups.
Wifi worked well, power worked well and other than the cup issue, all good.

Used to come here every morning until today. Yesterday they made my strawberry lemonade without lemonade but didn’t have time for it to be remade. Today the same thing happened and the woman gave me a dirty look when I said it has lemonade and she said it does when it certainly doesn’t. If it had lemonade in it every other Dunkin has a different lemonade and this one has something else.
A couple more healthy options would be appreciated. But the midnight roast was great and so was the service.

They only get my order correct 50 percent of the time. Coffee was right but bagel was not an everything it was plain. How can they constantly screw this up?

My daughter wasn't sure what halloween donut she wanted and the cashier was awesome she was giving my daughter hints at the best 3 and the 2 of them were laughing and making jokes (which was great because my daughter didn't have the best day at school) after I paid the employee said to my daughter who is 5 yrs old that she cheered her up and to come back.
