South Main St. DD..staff has always been great, but PLEASE stop selling stale donuts. Coffee is always good.

Placed an app order and my husband picked it up. When he got home I noticed one of the coffees was not the correct size. Called the store to ask if I could pop in tomorrow to get the correct one made since I didn't get what was ordered and paid for. I was told I could only come when the employee went in to work tomorrow, come back now or when the manager was there. That's just absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't just stop in when I was out running errands tomorrow to have the mistake corrected. Luckily I never stop at this Dunkin and now I remember why.

2nd time I've ordered a toasted almond coffee light & sweet .they even said I t had a total of 3 more shots. Dark , coffee , with a hint of almond. I'm going elsewhere. See ya

Terrible Dunkin’ Donuts. Worst one in Torrington and should be closed down. They never get anything right, I’m better off talking to a wall and the wall would do better on my order. If you need to get good quality customer service and coffee go to the bjs one or Norfolk road.

First off super friendly employees,Second off we asked for iced and were given hot drinks, but they were still delicious, I think everyone working here is under a lot of extra stress because the small drive through location on east main is coned off for exterior/landscaping work, so that means more work for the other two dunkins, Thank you staff at dunkin and i hope you guys can take some time to breathe soon
