Every time I get food here it’s never done right. I used to buy avocado toast, never toasted. It was avocado on bread. I just bought 2 orders of everything mini bagels, it was cold, and stale. Please do not order food from here or you will leave pissed off.

I went yesterday to buy an Ice coffee & the Guy who was at the Window with LONG NASTY NAILS slam the window in my face just because I asked for a straw for my iced coffee! What type of employees do you have attending your business! Old coffee and really bad employees
If I order a daiquiri by mistake I expect to here sorry but we don't sell daiquiri but we do have a coolaltata.i would of said oops my bad yes please. Then get a frozen coffee coolaltata mixed up whatever. For my girl I ask for a frozen hot chocolate with no mocha at all none. Oh both with whipped cream. Nope neither one happened or came out right. Alan fubar my drinks on purpose idk why. But you know you did. So since I stay so close I watch your employees smoke from the pen and blunts like all the time. Guess what. Yeah. I'm dropping dimes. Y'all did me wrong bottom line. And I was told fu and had the door slammed in my face. I have always been respectful and dropped tips on reg. That's how it ends then. Mad disrespect. Nah I don't go down like that. Soon as I see he fire or gone. I'll break my game remote on this. Til then. Game on!!!!!

Went to grab two ice coffees with my boyfriend today. To start the person taking our order came off extremely annoyed…okay whatever maybe having a bad day…We asked for one to have extra caramel in it, same coffee order so didn’t think it was a big deal. We get to the window and the guy who gave us our drinks and took our money says “ next time in the future you need to order separately if it’s the same coffee order but asking for a different amount in one coffee it’s easier on us this way” to me I thought that was so bizarre and rude to say to a customer as if we are trying to make your life harder over an extra pump in one of the coffees? He came off as if he was annoyed by our request and it was an inconvience to him. As someone who has worked in this industry as a teenager I never saw a big deal in those requests as it can be easy to fulfill especially since there is absolutely no line and it’s the same order but with one extra pump of syrup. Will not be back here again after that bizarre and rude encounter.Maybe don’t work in this type of industry if you are annoyed buy such a simple request of paying customers or if you do not want to fulfill customer orders? Just such a weird thing to say to people who were nothing but nice to you as we always make sure to thank the people who are taking our order, etc.
