Some of the employees aren’t bad at all, but one of them that wears a mask is always rude to other customers and myself included. Not very friendly and speaks like 13 accents, it’s a new one every time I’m there. I think that Dunkin would be a 5 without her.
Slow, understaffed, manager didn't want to help the employee, who was swamped. Slowest cup of coffee I've ever bought at a Dunkin.
