I try to make my own coffee because the consistency of the coffee at dunkin' donuts can no longer be trusted.. today was a reminder that.. over $3 for a medium coffee and it tasted water down. The Donut Station on Winsted Road is the better option.

I had an issue where part of my order wasn’t made and given to my door dasher, im not sure who was working the phone today but the guy was so nice, gave me a free cookie and a note to make up for it. The door dasher was extremely rude blaming it all on the dunkin worker. Whoever that worker is deserves a raise he went above and beyond for me.

I have to say I was very impressed with this DunkinDoughnuts on rt.6 in Bristol, the staff was great and I got taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. Why I writing about this pitcular dunkn is I left my ATM card in the machine and left the store without it. I realized this about a block away. I returned to the store and the girl that waited on me had already text me and secured my card. Hats off to honest people and especially her for taking the time to make sure I got my card back. This DunkinDoughnuts is by shoprite plaza so I don't know the store number.
I asked for my coffee to be remade they got my order incorrect, all they did was take the sticker off my cup, it was extremely sweet and not hot. Very disappointed been coming here for years. Will not be coming back anymore.
My favorite dunkin of all time, service is usually friendly and the food is always good!!! I recommend anything egg and cheese! I recommend going to this dunkin.
Parking: There are enough, if anything, the drive-thru is the most busy.
