We paid $20 on a 14.37 order and they gave us $5 back and no change and when my buddy asked for change she said she only have 3 dimes left so he said he would take it and she rolled her eyes like we were robbing her. The fact that this happened means we weren't the first and only ones. This store ripped people off and the employee got MAD AT THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT WANTING TO BE RIPPED OFF when we noticed.

Half way into eating my buttered croissant I found a blonde/grey hair in between the two pieces of bread... Almost threw up. It was truly disgusting. Those preparing food should be wearing hair nets or at least have their hair styled securely. This was the other day and today I find a hair on my munchkin… definitely not spending anymore money here. This is ridiculous.

This dunkin, and the one at the apple house are the best in torrington! Employees are always kind and service is fast, coffee is fresh and the espresso drinks always taste great and no burnt flavor
Updated 2024 Post: It’s been about a 6 months since I’ve last been to this location, but I just want to shoutout to the night shift people of all the times I’ve been coming back from work almost every night stopping by for some late night snacking. You guys have never messed up a single mobile order I’ve placed over the past 4 years and it kinda got to the point some of you knew me as a regular. Also shoutout to the one man that works the nightshift that randomly and correctly described my Subaru as an FB25 platform. Your ability to recognize Subaru platforms just by the look of them didn’t go unnoticed and it was appreciated.

This Dunkin has always been open 24hrs via drive-thru, however the lobby closes at 10PM.
Not sure if it’s still like this, but cleaning the espresso machines happen around 7:00PM-7:30PM meaning espresso drinks are usually unavailable during that time frame (feel free to correct me if this is incorrect).
I try to make my own coffee because the consistency of the coffee at dunkin' donuts can no longer be trusted.. today was a reminder that.. over $3 for a medium coffee and it tasted water down. The Donut Station on Winsted Road is the better option.

I had an issue where part of my order wasn’t made and given to my door dasher, im not sure who was working the phone today but the guy was so nice, gave me a free cookie and a note to make up for it. The door dasher was extremely rude blaming it all on the dunkin worker. Whoever that worker is deserves a raise he went above and beyond for me.
