Outstanding service at Five Guys in Torrington! Greeted with a smile right at the door. I had two bacon double cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles, two small fries, and a vanilla shake—everything was delicious. My brother and I loved it. Highly recommend!

5 Stars to All of You…… Burgers are 100% All Beef… Absolutely delicious!! The Best Fries Ever….All Foods are Freshly Cooked Per Order. Free Toppings including Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Even Grilled Onions & Mushrooms, pickles Etc. This is not a typical fast food like McDonald’s or Wendy’s. No Comparison. Way Better Here at 5 Guys. The Restaurant and restrooms are VERY CLEAN!! The staff is professional but so very nice and welcoming!! We’ve had Mary service us for years at other places of employment and I have to say that she is an asset wherever she works. She is a hardworking, compassionate and goes over the top to please her customers! Very happy you are here Mary!! Everyone is welcoming and nice.Come try it for yourselves. Love this place! See you soon!!

Brought my daughter here on 2/20, food was wicked slow to come out. Enjoyed listening to the two male employees (the taller tatoo wearing gent seemed to enjoy rambling incoherently to his coworkers, distracting them at any given moment ) swear constantly while eating. No management or professionalism here. Waste of 40 bucks. Go to Wayback down the street.
