With comparison to the New Haven style pizzas I think Franks is one of the best in the vicinity. You can tell it’s family owed and operated by the way the answer the phone and their great customers. Thank you for that! They always get my order straight. You’d be surprised just a regular order can be messed up by some of these other pizza joints. Crust is perfect and crisp, but not burnt. Toppings are great with perfect blend of sauce, not overpowering.

By far my favorite pizza place. Great staff very respectful and friendly. They have amazing speciatly pizzas as well as wraps and grinder. I love there chicken bacon ranch wrap and grinder. Also there bone in wings are pretty tasty. Also their garlic knots are amazing. Tried their chicken Alfredo. OMG AMAZING!!

This had become my go-to place for my pizza or penne a la vodka. The wait is always reasonable and worth it. I typically get takeout or delivery. From what I see, they are very efficient. The Greek salad is lovely, the garlic knots give you all the garlic you could ever want, and the containers are well filled. The people behind the counter really love food. You can tell.

So i was here at October 13, 2024. We order a large cheese pizza with 16 piece of BBQ wings. So i was halfway into my third pizza and I found a piece of straight hair into my crust of the pizza. I brought it up to the owner and he goes “what do you want me to do with it”. “This is not my hair or the cook this is probably your hair”. And no sorry no discount no nothing. Just basically saying what tf do you want me to do with it. No regards to the customer (me) whatsoever. I don’t recommend this place at all. I should’ve took a photo.

I ordered catering for my small backyard wedding from franks. We always get our pizza from franks (which is the best in town) so I figured let’s get our catering from them too! We got the chicken piccata and sausage and peppers trays and we were blown away! I highly recommend franks. All of my guests loved it too everyone complimented the food. They were also very accommodating for us. We originally wanted food for 430 and then we wanted it sooner last minute so we called and they were there asap. Thank you franks !!!

Paid 75$ to wait an hour for a to go order that was placed 15 min before we got there . There was no one checking in with us to make sure we knew what the hold up was on the food no one around really to care don’t waste your time!!!!!!!!!!! Literally anywhere else in town will do not come here terrible customer service
