Everyone that works here does an excellent job at making high quality smoothies/drinks. As someone who likes to see how it’s done, it’s interesting to watch them make it (it is a bar style). Additionally, Alyssa and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful with their recommendations!
This place was a little hard to find because it's located in a gym but it was a lil diamond in the rough. It's hard to get fresh, healthy, inexpensive, and fast food in the NW corner. You don't have to b a member of the gym just walk in. They have awesome smoothies and smoothie bowls for a decent price. I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for real smoothies and bowls. It will probably be my new go to spot before work. Great job!

I googled “smoothies in Torrington” and Fuel was the first place that came up - I had never heard of them before, but decided to give it a try. I’m SO glad I did!
The smoothies were delicious and healthy, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the space inside was beautiful.
Highly recommend!
