Sweet lobster roll has no lobster in it. Charging lobster prices for imitation crab meat is false advertising.
False advertisement!

We used to really enjoy Fuji, it had something for everyone in our family. Most recently, the sushi was ok, nothing special, but the fried rice and general tso chicken tasted like something out of the freezer section of the grocery store. Not crispy, somewhat slimy, and overly sweet. Won't be returning.

Unfortunately I'll have to do 1 star...waitress we had was kinda rude from the start...the the chef cooked and food was good. I tipped him on his way out. After we ate our checks came....my bill was $90.50. Now I tipped the cook $10 so I tipped the waitress $10. Mind you there were 12 other people tipping this lady. I gave her 101 so she can have $10 too. (That's over 20% of my bill) well the waitress refused to take my money and told me it was way too small of a tip! So I gave her $2 and she said it again! I explained it paid now $23 tip on a 90 bill she said it doesmt matter she deserved more mind you 4 other families were also tipping her. I told her how rude she was and told the manager. We left. Won't ever go back there!

Fugi's is a favorite with my grandchildren but yesterday's (7/20/24) experience intended to celebrate my grandson's 21st birthday was not great. I know they were very busy and probably very tired but there are some things that are hard to overlook. The cleanliness of our station (grill (leftover food on grill and edging from prior use) and tools used for brief cleaning prior to start of preparation of our food) was poor, the dispersement of food (quantity (make sure everyone at table gets standard serving of rice before dispersing double orders for rice?) and quality (make sure no one is stuck with all zucchini for vegetables?)) and quality of some entre food (salmon was paper thin, tasteless, no flaky consistency at all -been dealing with smaller portions in past visits but this was unrecognizeable and very disappointing). Our waiter was fantastic...pleasant and very attentive. The sushi rolls (several) for appetizers was the better part of our meal by far.

Dietary restrictions: Can't speak to this as it does not apply to our group.

Parking: Get there early if possible. Fugi's is a popular place surrounded by other busy restaurants (Jersey Mike's, Five Guys).

Kid-friendliness: Kids (especially) and adults like the grill chef's show. The performance/showmanship of the chef has been less exciting lately.

We always go to this hibatchi place. We don't always sit down i get it to go alot more. Ots obviously better when they make it in front of you but the food is always good either way.

Everyone was so kind and friendly. The food was amazing. Our daughter was a little afraid of the fire during hibachi and the chef was so kind and made her laugh in different ways instead

Friendly atmosphere, great workers, and expensive food. You don't go here regularly but more of a special event kind of place since you'll be spending 40+$ on one trip.
