I make fried bread often and this bread is so similar to my recipe I almost can’t tell a difference! So much easier when you buy precooked! I love it! It will be a regular in a small cafe I am currently negotiating to purchase!
I tried the beignets and they are way good! Heat, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy! Yum!
