As someone in the food industry (First shop opened at 19) “A Menu” is imperative to the business!

Answering the phone for your business should state the name of your business and a greeting! (Was greeted like I called the wrong number)

I’ve worked in Bridgeport, Waterbury and so on! No matter how bad people can be I always greet and stay positive!

Not having something at the “moment” is fine but proceeding to not list what you may have you decided to end the discussion!

I don’t wanna shy anyone away from trying but my opinion is relevant to the food industry and how it should be ran! This business needs to be reevaluated!

I have had cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls and more and every time I try something it is delicious. I 10/10 will buy more treats.

My mother got me chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday the other day and as always they were unbelievable! So tasty and the strawberries were so sweet! Always love their stuff!

Amazing taste. Their Apple and Pumpkin Sinckerdools are the best!

I ordered two cakes and two different flavored cupcakes for my wedding; this was possibly the easier part of my entire wedding planning lol Not only were my cakes done to my expectations but they were delivered on time and all my guests loved the food I highly recommend honey bear bakery and will definitely be ordering from them again!
