My issue isn’t with the workers but more so management. These poor people have absolutely no support whatsoever. Listening to them complain about how hard their job is, the Minsk support they get, how they work limited hours and are expected to be experts is sad. You cannot expect 5 star service from employees without 5 star management supporting them. I got into the building and waited 30 mins for an online order of two giant subs. Very sad

Never Once on my order does it ever say Onions or Oil Today You Fail You ruined my wrap not that hard to follow directions especially when they say please Edit: Just wanted to say Thank you so much to Richard and the Jersey Mike Crew for an amazing dinner tonight the wraps were PERFECT YOU GUYS ROCK LIKE GRANITE

Walked into Torrington location this evening, they were very busy they all worked together as a unit, held conversation, great sandwiches, and had everyone in and out in minutes. I will definitely come back to this location again..

Visited the East Main Street Torrington location at approx. 1:30 on Saturday January 25. They were busy - I was the 10th person in line. I could not help but the notice the care and pay attention to detail that Nicole W, Marcus and John were making all the subs with. I mean neatly stacking meat, cheese, pickles, peppers, tomato and lettuce on the sandwiches. Each sub was it's own mini masterpiece - even the juice and spices were added perfectly. It was my turn and I ordered 2 shaved steaks, American cheese, peppers and mayo, and a customized cold meat with the works. When I got home they were just as delicious and fresh tasting as I had anticipated. Cheerful friendly engaging personal and a great sub! Don't lose these 3 employees......I would want one of them to take my order when I return, which will be soon!

Service has declined dramatically. Just like some other people said in their reviews, I ordered online and arrived a few minutes after the time my sandwich was supposed to be ready, but I still waited about 20 minutes. Only two guys working during rush-hour and one of them seemed totally clueless on what he should be doing. If this continues this place isn’t going to stay in business.

Used to come here all the time and service was great but suddenly the last few times it’s been horrendous, ordered online two times now and i typically get there a few minutes past the pickup time and still had to wait a half hour or more. The staff seems to be completely unaware of how to do things. There’s no organization whatsoever. one young kid was doing the best he could while his coworker walked around seemingly confused of where he even was at the time. Seems like terrible management to me having two young kids run the show alone at lunch rush hour.

I don’t like to complain and I don’t like to give Bad reviews however, hopefully they can learn from this and do better and be better. First of all if you go in store, they are not very personable at all and very rude and rush you as if you’re wasting their time… me personally had never had it and I’ve had other sandwich stores in town so we Decided to give them a try and overall just wasn’t happy very dry no flavor or if it did have flavor it was too salty. I know it’s a chain restaurant so they can’t control pricing but they are way too pricey for what you get. Overall, I just wouldn’t go back here.

Takes them 10min for a basic sandwich, the young kid was flying around putting in work. Everyone else walking around like their counting the clock. Took 25min for them to make 4 sandwiches in total if we're counting the 1 person in front of us.
Can't follow mobile app instructions. Don't answer the phone when I tried to call to inform them of incorrect order. Had to drive all the way back for them to correct and they ran out of the specific bread original order was for.

The middle aged gentleman with a beard was rude and refused to make our online order earlier than the time given on the order even when there were no other customers waiting.
He promptly got reprimanded by his manager, but he soured our first experience with this chain.
The food is good, but not worth attitude. Will use other locations, but not this one.

Order a grinder from Jersey mikes when I bit into the grinder it was a screw in my grinder I never ever going to eat from there again. I could of swallow the screw never again

If you are considering using Jersey Mikes for catering an event don’t. We ordered 200 sandwiches to feed our safety day event at the high school yesterday, the Order was 40 minutes late. So 150 workers and some dignitaries stood around waiting for the lunch we were providing after a safety discussion. Never Again!!
