I have ordered the chicken cutlet grinder, lemon chicken Satorini grinder (need to try if you haven't!), eggplant and meatball parmesan grinders, and the Santa Fe and gyro chicken wraps. EVERYTHING has been excellent as far as freshness, flavor, and reasonable prices for generous portions. I understand they bake their own bread which would explain why the grinder rolls are always super fresh. Also, the staff are always friendly and appreciative. Although I've only gotten takeout, the place looks clean and comfortable, and there are tables so you can dine in.

Joes used to be so good. The past few times I got teriyaki boneless wings they tasted different. I got a small vegetarian pizza and it was terrible. As was the last pepperoni pizza I got. Very greece

I have never had a bad experience at Joes pizza and wings. Food is excellent and wings are great. Always great customer service, fast and accurate to order. I would absolutely recommend to anyone

HORRIBLE experience on Mother’s Day today. My cousin ordered wings about 2 hours ago.. they left them at sometimes house in a different town. The owner of the house in Harwinton got a call from a neighbor over 45 mins ago that there was food sitting outside his house.The kind neighbor dropped the wings off over 45 mins after getting them dropped off at his door and explained that he thought they may be ours. Upon receiving them we picked at them, they were frozen after so long. Some were eaten. When she was on the phone with someone who claimed to be a owner said they will not refund her for their mistake. Said they would not give anything to her until we brought these cold old wings back to the store. My cousin who placed the order, orders from Joes regularly and is the mother to a newborn. The person who claimed to be the owner was fighting with his regular customer who had a newborn on mother day speaking to her the way he did is unbelievably unprofessional. Cannot believe this person has been hired as a manager.My cousins are on their way to bring the order to the store ahead of receiving anything and I guarantee this horrible human being is giving them the hardest time.Wings may be good… but there is no way anyone in Torrington should be supporting someone who operates a business that way.

Well, Joe’s of Torrington does !You would think a pizza place with different cheeses would use real cheese and not disgusting nacho cheese. Any restaurant would know not to put liquid cheese on your crispy fries. And you guys call yourself restaurant owners. This place has been lacking since before the pandemic. Disgusting. When I called, I asked if they can remake it or return my money, and they said there’s nothing they can do. Big disappointment. Really you couldn’t refund eight dollars? You guys are that hard up for money ? Well, I understand why !! Your business Is probably deteriorating. Do not go there! They have terrible food. Chewy veiny chicken, nasty bland wraps, waste of money! Terrible customer service. Will not be returning, and I will be telling anyone that will listen about Joe’s of Torrington and their poor business. Super disappointing
