I just received a stinky soggy mess of the wrong chicken and will be promptly throwing it directly into the trash! I can’t believe this is what I just paid for! Absolutely pathetic DO NOT GO HERE!!

Waste of money. Don’t go!! Got 8 piece and a meal to go. Potatoes are like water, chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was soggy. One piece owas all batter-absolutely not one piece of meat. I asked for comeback sauce and they did not put it in. Floor was filthy. I will never go back. So sad this is the food product this Torrington store is producing and selling

This KFC is not a franchise store, meaning they don't have to follow the KFC recipes. There biscuits are hockey pucks! Not golden, fluffy, melt-in-your mouth deliciousness. And their food is not the same as a Real KFC. They lacks the standards of a proper restaurant! Who knows what they're putting in the the food. How do they Not know how to make FLUFFY,LIGHT AND DELICIOUS BISCIUTS!!

holy salt.mobile order wasnt started until I showed up. also watched a guy stand at the front counter for 8 minutes trying to make eye contact with somebody before just leaving..the place was empty..except one drive thru customer...did I mention Salt!

The guy whose at the counter greeting everyone who walks in is sn absolutely breathtaking of fresh air of humanity to everyone who walks in. Especially after being on the road all day and being greeted by such a kind and friendly person. KFC he's a gem.

I had a really bad experience at this fast food place. The workers were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. The place wasn’t clean at all—tables were dirty, the floor was messy, and the bathroom was worse. The food didn’t taste fresh and was thrown together carelessly. Overall, both the service and the food were disappointing. Definitely not going back.

I'm a platinum dasher with 4.98 rating. I went to pick up an order due at 5:32pm. It went past the time and there were a lot of people waiting. It took 7 minutes for an employee to approach me. I told him the name of the client. He said it's not ready yet but gave me Their drink. I asked how long he thinks until it's ready (just so I knew if I was going to cancel the order so I don't get a late delivery contract breach). He started explaining to me Their businesses employment related issues such as people calling out. I said calmly that it's ok I don't need to know any of that I just wanted to know how long he thinks it will take. He told me not to give him attitude and started explaining again that they are understaffed and that they are backed up. I stated for him to not give me attitude I just needed to know the time or an estimate not everything else. Another employee approached with my clients meal and he gave it to me and said oh here it is don't return again. All he had to do was check on the status of the order. As I left the store he told another dasher how long Their wait time is. I stated as leaving, wow so you can tell them but not me. I am autistic. My voice is monotone and how am I going to be treated like this, just because I was curious on the status so I can decide my decision on the order or update the customer. I was stating it was basically chill, I dont need to know all the details and he didn't need to stress out explaining it, now because I didn't want to hear him vent KFC's short staff issues, I am treated this way?

I went through the drive-thru last night for just 2 large sides. The kid who took my order was super friendly, he did make a mistake and didn't charge me for the large coleslaw by mistake, the manager or owner ( the Indian guy) was so mean to the kid because he didn't ring up the correct size, he was so aggressive with the kid and talked to him very disrespectfully. It took everything in me to not go in that restaurant and stand up for that kid. Nobody's kid should be talked to like that, regardless if they made a mistake or not. Little do that guy know I will be taking this to some upper people. Just watch!
