Food was great. There weren't a lot of other diners when we went, so we practically had the place to ourselves, which was really nice. Salad bar was very fresh and had an impressive selection. Beer selection was limited, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I'll be going back in the future when I am in the area.
What a charming and comfortable place this is! The chef, staff, and owner seem to exist only to please their patrons, and I am well pleased every time I dine there. Prices are good, too! The salad I had yesterday featured fresh mixed greens with a big filet of perfectly cooked salmon and equally perfect hard boiled egg. Sweet grape tomatoes and a savory salad dressing made for a great meal. I will recommend to friends and family.
First time there due to ratings.. It was a Tuesday night.. Service was slow.. apps were good. soup was was good. Veal was dry and tough. Chicken was ok. Owner was short not very personable and waitress barely acknowledged us. We were the only table in the bar area. Two functions going on.. and under staffed for it in our opinion. Not sure we would even give it a second chance. We spent 126.00 on apps and dinner an in our opinion it was not worth it. Family came in and under age...
