Their food is decent but be aware of their bbq sauce. It is VERY cheap and it shows. The BBQ sauce they use is bright red and tastes almost identical to ketchup. Which is not something I want on a pizza or in a Stromboli. The food they make is not bad, but the bbq sauce being used is horrible and ruined the entire meal. Very disappointed.

Terrible service, we ordered a delivery, the pizza came burnt, we called to complain, they sent us another one, terrible bad taste, poorly prepared, everything in a hurry and terrible presentation, what else would they do there, NOTHING RECOMMENDED, I simply won't buy

Dropped in for a quick bite. Owner was super friendly and chicken parm pizza was absolutely delicious. Can't comprehend people leaving 1 star reviews when the pizza is this good.

Whoever answers the phones and works the counter is extremely rude and dismissive. Ordered through Slice and somewhere in the ether the order came through in their system for one of the items in the order completely different than what was ordered on the app. We got what was was on the receipt. But, not what was originally ordered. We called slice and they contacted the restaurant. We didn't want a refund, we just wanted what we ordered. What told to us was they would make the correct dish and send a driver out to deliver it. But we had to give the wrong item back to the restaurant. In all my years as a customer and having experience working in the food industry as a server and delivery driver, I've never once seen or heard of a restaurant needing the food back that was delivered wrong. For what reason? You never ask for the food back. You don't know if someone ate from it or messed with it. Even if it's thrown out, I've never been asked to give the food back in exchange for the correct food. We decided to call the restaurant to confirm this. Whoever the woman is that answers the phone was extremely short, dismissive, and quick to want to get off the phone. We asked why we needed to give the food back and we were told, "It's a new policy. We want to take back our mistake." We were surprised by this response and replied with, "it really makes us question your standards and sanitation." Our response was, "Your order is being remade and will be out to you in a few minutes. It's being remade currently." She was very adamant about getting off the phone and the tone and attitude in her voice was like yea yea yea I've got better things to do ok bye. When we pointed this out to her she denied it and repeated that the order was being remade and it will be sent out soon. No approximate time or anything. About 15 minutes later the remade dish is delivered. We had the wrong dish to give back to the driver. Who was very caught off guard and confused as to why we needed to give the dish back. They called the restaurant and after a short conversation said don't worry about it. Keep it. We told them about how we were told to give it back and how rude she was about the whole thing. We have been customers of Two Guys for a few years and haven't had any issues. Not like this. I have no problems with the food. It's always good. But this time, the service was what was lacking. Definitely don't make your customers feel like they're not a priority or be that dismissive and quick to get off the phone be it your mistake or not.

These guys have the best wings for the best quantity and price. I recommend their garlic knots as well. The food here is made with love you can taste ? This has become my go-to since I moved to Torrington.

Ever since the change of New Ownership I am back! I ordered the Chicken Tender Platter was not dry and crispy, the BLT Club Sandwich needed just a tad more mayo a little dry but not a biggie because they gave a great portion of bacon, the pizza garlic with pepperoni just yummy. Keep up the great food North
