Honestly, it depends on who’s working. Half the time the food is delicious and I get my money’s worth and the other half I straight up get skimped on my entire meal. Order a you pick 2 and get a third of a sandwich instead of half. Order extra dressing for my salad and they give me two cups that aren’t even half full. Or order an added ingredient and they don’t even put it on.. I understand it’s fast food but like.. Panera is expensive I at least wanna get what I’m paying for ?

Average Panera but the store early needs a deep cleaning, food was okay and service was fast
Totally disappointed, $30 for a sandwich and a pick 2 sandwich and soup. Sandwiches were essentially just bread, minimal ingredients and they refused to put mayo on one of the sandwiches, even though the other had it. That was weird. Definitely a lack in quality and quantity, I can see why everyone says it’s going down hill lately.

Food is pretty good but prices are a bit excessive ($39 for 2 people). Service is lacking as you pickup your own food and bus your own table afterwards. Restaurant was kind of empty for lunch hour.

They spilt my chicken soup on counter then still gave me the same soup had 1 noodle and no chicken unbelievable last time I come here.
