Never order delivery. Apparently they have a designated pick up time for door dash, it took an hour and 20min to get cheesy bread and wings. I have a problem every time I order, if you are hungry and want food fast this is not the place to go. Decent food, slightly over priced on some items, not worth the wait

Best pizza pizza on the planet. Hands down. Also love the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Ordering is simple and food arrives quickly with their creative card system. Great deals on drinks. The rewards program is totally worth it. If you sign up for email you get notified about additional deals so often it seems almost weekly. Their kale caesar salad is also out of this world. Highly recommend!

The pizza here is really great. Some of the best I've ever had. Others who have raved about the crust are not kidding; it's got all the char of a wood fired oven but it's just thick enough to be able to sink your teeth into, and the texture was closer to pita bread than most usual, tough pizza crusts.

Service is light, and you get your own drink and box your leftovers at the end on your own, but I'm hoping that's because the staff are paid an actual wage instead of being paid as servers who depend on tips.

My friend got sent to the hospital because of a peanut allergy that the employees didn’t take any account for.

Fantastic place, really great food. They offer a monthly pizza special which is always creative and extremely tasty. One of the few places that cares about customer service. Thank you!

Wonderful restaurant in Torrington.
Pizza is off the charts. The spinach and artichoke dip is delicious, be careful though, that perfectly roasted cheese is HOT!. Apps, salads, everything is excellent.

The 5 stars I gave them is wrong. It should be 10 stars.

Ordered a pizza last night for $16.50 that was pretty awful. Hardly anything on it. Very, very thin crust, watery sauce that looked to be a combination of a little tomato sauce and what may have been some sort of oil, four pieces of salami, and a very little ball of something in the center of the pie that resembled mozzarella but had no flavor. The pizza tasted oddly sour overall. The salami pieces were okay, as was the crust, but only around the edges, as the rest of it was soaked with the oily substance that was supposed to be the pizza sauce. I went to this restaurant with high expectations, based on the highly positive reviews I've read over the years. But this review represents my first and last time here. In hindsight, I wonder if the fact that I was a bit put off by being asked by the computerized payment system to pay the tip -- even before my food was prepared and served -- may have contributed to the creation of the unappetizing food I received. I had selected a small tip (under 20%) from the choices presented because I thought I'd later add to it with cash at the table if the service proved to be halfway decent. But there really was no service other than my food (no drinks) being brought to my table in the outdoor seating area. (One needs to get one's own soft drinks at a self-serve station in the restaurant.) There was so much more that I experienced that I could report, including what I've been having to deal with physically last night and today. But, for now, at least, I'm going to leave it here.
