We ordered food for delivery. They did show up within the delivery time window and the woman delivering did seem friendly. However the pizza was burnt and didn't taste good at all. The garlic knots where overcooked and hard. The chicken bacon ranch had so much cheese it was pouring out and you couldn't taste anything else. Also the chicken was very chewy and hard to eat. We thought about calling but after reading the negative reviews on Google stating that anyone who tried to call was blamed and yelled at we decided not to ruin our night any more. Very disappointed.
Pizza is very good but the person taking the order wasn't very friendly. It would be nice if there was a dining area

One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life, I really like the wood fired pizza. The meatball and sausage grinder is great. Even the quesadilla was surprisingly good. The prices are low, I would be willing to pay $1 - $2 more for some of their dishes and still tip. I don't recommend dining at the location, because there is no space. But it's worth bringing the food home.

Okay, I am first to admit I am a pizza snob. I grew up in East hartford on Gino's which became proccacini's and them became whatever crap it is now. Since then I have lived in 4 other states and came back to ct. Pizza has been depressing. I tried everybody in town, neglecting the small joint down the street . Good grief was david portnoy talking out his rear, romas is an easy 9.5 or better. I get chicken, broccoli and bacon and it's to die for. The staff are awesome, friendly and laid back. Best pizza for miles

Old school pizza shop. The food was great. Watching the gent cooking load the wood fired pizza over was a high point. Pizza is great. Super flavorful. Piping hot. We ate in the truck as it was rainy and they don't have more than one table inside.

My husband and I stopped here since we were in Torrington. My husband got a small pizza and I had their GF pizza. My husband liked his pizza. My pizza was absolutely delicious! One of the best I've had. Can't wait to have their pizza again ?

It sometimes feels hit or miss with Roma's. In a town with so many pizza places giving you the same bad pizza, Roma's easily rises to the top in giving you an actual crust.
