One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life, I really like the wood fired pizza. The meatball and sausage grinder is great. Even the quesadilla was surprisingly good. The prices are low, I would be willing to pay $1 - $2 more for some of their dishes and still tip. I don't recommend dining at the location, because there is no space. But it's worth bringing the food home.
Okay, I am first to admit I am a pizza snob. I grew up in East hartford on Gino's which became proccacini's and them became whatever crap it is now. Since then I have lived in 4 other states and came back to ct. Pizza has been depressing. I tried everybody in town, neglecting the small joint down the street . Old school pizza shop. The food was great. Watching the gent cooking load the wood fired pizza over was a high point. Pizza is great. Super flavorful. Piping hot. We ate in the truck as it was rainy and they don't have more than one table inside.
