I heard one of the worker telling the person in the register tell her that we don’t have cold foam I don’t want to make it with attitude. I feel that was so disrespectful because I paying for my drink and she should not talk in front of customers. That happened on 12/09/2022.

By far the worst Starbucks. Every time I come here out of convenience they are out of something. The staff is so rude. They should just close this branch. Go to target if you want Starbucks in Torrington.

My worst complaint about Starbucks is inconstancy with mixed drinks. Though I love there array of coffee drinks. For those baristas that are good, you know who you are. Thanks

I purchased a peppermint mocha venti and it was supposed to be hot. Instead, it was cold. The barista did not offer me a new drink. Instead, she took the cup that I sipped from, put the mocha into a small pot, and heated it up again. Very unsanitary. Waste of money.

I asked for my drink in a reusable cup (from Starbucks) which Starbucks is advertising they are now doing. I also did this earlier this week with my own cup in this same store. It was contactless for them but they still said they could do it without touching my cup. The barista today told me it wasn’t allowed. When I questioned him and said I had had it done here before he was very rude and said his manager hadn’t told him. He said he would do it anyway but he had already been rude and standoffish so I declined. Terrible customer service here today, but in the past it has been great. Hope it was a one time deal. Even if he told me nicely he couldn’t do it I would have been satisfied and understood.

Good and accurate service. Coffee could be fresher. I drink mine black and look for a product which has been on the burner for no longer than fifteen minutes. This was on the outside of that would be my belief.

Waited 25 minutes for two regular coffees. Only one barista working and 5 people in line ahead of me. Only went to Starbucks because I had a gift card...seriously do not understand the cultish love for average coffee. For someone who enjoys coffee, there's better, but most are ordering extra large sugar drinks with flavor besides coffee. Should be two lines!

Very rude here. Stood in front of the kid for 3 minutes and he didn't acknowledge me. He looked at me, and I started to order, and then he turned away. I've never had such poor customer service at a Starbucks before. They need some training.
